The Neo Vista 3 was created for regular runners who want to reduce muscle fatigue during daily workouts while maintaining high dynamics and efficiency with each stride . Thanks to its modern sole geometry and advanced materials, the model delivers Mizuno's signature springy, smooth foot transition from heel strike to dynamic toe-off.
The upper is made of a one-piece knit with a lightweight and flexible construction . The material adapts very well to the foot , providing high comfort and adequate ventilation. The integrated construction reduces the number of seams and additional components, reducing the shoe's weight. An improved heel counter with soft foam stabilizes the heel and improves the fit, increasing comfort during long training sessions.
The completely redesigned midsole utilizes two layers of Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam. The top layer is enriched with nitrogen, significantly increasing cushioning and energy return. The lower layer is made of Mizuno Enerzy NXT foam with varying densities , which stabilizes the entire structure and provides greater control during running. This combination guarantees comfort over long distances while maintaining a highly dynamic push-off.
A key element of the design is the full-length Mizuno Wave plate with a new three-dimensional shape . Its function is not only to effectively absorb impact forces but also to redirect energy forward , supporting a smooth transition and efficient take-off. The three-dimensional design of the plate increases the flexibility of the forefoot, improving running dynamics without overly stiffening the entire structure.
Mizuno designers also ensured minimal energy loss during foot contact with the ground. The specially developed landing zone has been optimized in terms of the midsole and outsole layout, allowing more of the energy generated upon landing to be used for the subsequent push-off.
Smooth Speed Assist technology also ensures a smooth run. Developed based on experience gained from designing racing shoes, this solution helps maintain proper running technique , supports the natural roll of the foot , and reduces muscle fatigue during daily training. This allows the Neo Vista 3 to train more effectively and economically, even over long distances.
The new outsole design features deeper and sharper grooves that improve flexibility and enhance traction on asphalt. Durable X10 rubber is used in high-wear areas, extending the shoe's durability even under heavy use.
