RETURN AND EXCHANGE

At REV*, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality and design excellence. In full compliance with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, we honor returns and exchanges for items found to be defective or of substandard quality at the time of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Original sales invoice and REV* order confirmation email are presented.
  • Items must be in their original condition with the original packaging:
    • Original shoe box for footwear
    • Attached swing tag for apparel
  • Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions are not eligible.
  • Altered items and accessories are excluded from return and exchange.

How to Return or Exchange
For your convenience, you may choose from the following options when returning eligible items:

  • Customers may return items via a third-party courier.
    • Shipping fees will be shouldered by REV* only if the item received is defective, incomplete, or if the wrong product was shipped.
    • Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Options
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, customers may choose one of the following:

  • Exchange for an item of equal or greater value (any price difference will be settled at the time of exchange).
  • Receive an e-voucher equivalent to the purchase amount, valid for future purchases.
  • Obtain a full refund through the original payment method — this option applies only if the item was damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped, and no suitable replacement stock is available.

Important Reminders
Stock availability for exchanges cannot be guaranteed, as returned items may be subject to existing demand. The prohibition on the “No Return, No Exchange” policy is enforced so that consumers may exercise their right to 3Rs – repair, replacement, and refund in case the product purchased has imperfection or defect pursuant to the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).

However, the said policy does not apply under the following situations:

  • If the product purchased has no imperfection or defect, or if not expired or fake, the store may opt not to replace or refund 
  • When the defects of the goods are due to the mishandling of the buyer
  • In cases of “as-is-where-is” transactions
  • If the consumer had a change of mind
  • The sale of second-hand articles

 

COROS RETURN POLICY

Returns

Customers may return merchandise within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when it was received, and in its original packaging.

Shipping

To initiate a return, customers must email customer support at support@agsportstech.com. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to accompany any return.
All returned merchandise should be sent to AG Sports Tech’s warehouse address.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is recommended that customers use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items of significant value.

Refund and Exchanges

Once a valid return is received, AG Sports Tech will notify the customer via email regarding the receipt of the returned item and will inform the customer whether the return has been accepted or rejected.
If the return is accepted, AG Sports Tech will provide one of the following within a reasonable timeframe: an exchange of merchandise, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the original method of payment, a check, or another remedy deemed appropriate in good faith.

General

Failure to comply with the stated conditions may result in a refusal of the return or exchange, or the imposition of different or additional conditions by AG Sports Tech.

Warranty

Limited Warranty and Returns Policy

COROS products are manufactured to the highest quality standards. However, in the rare event that a product exhibits quality issues, COROS stands behind its merchandise. All COROS watches include a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories are covered under a 90-day limited warranty.

In cases of issues resulting from manufacturing defects, COROS will work to replace the affected product or resolve the issue appropriately. Customers may initiate a warranty claim by contacting COROS via phone or email for assistance in completing the process. COROS aims to address all warranty claims in a timely manner.

Limited Warranty Term

The limited warranty is valid for two years from the original date of purchase for COROS products, excluding accessories. Accessories are covered for 90 days from the original purchase date.

This limited warranty does not create any express warranty beyond what is explicitly stated. No agent, employee, dealer, representative, or reseller is authorized to modify or extend this limited warranty or make binding claims on behalf of COROS through advertising, presentations, or otherwise.

What is Not Covered by This Limited Warranty

This limited warranty only applies to products used in accordance with COROS’s published documentation and terms. It does not cover the following:

  • Products modified outside of factory specifications or no longer in factory condition
  • Products with altered, removed, or damaged serial numbers or factory identification labels
  • Physical damage to the product body such as cuts, scratches, dents, cracks, or breaks
  • Damage to components or hardware resulting from neglect, misuse, accidents, or stress
  • Missing hardware, components, or assemblies
  • Cosmetic damage from deep scratches, dents, discoloration, or mishandling
  • Exposure to liquids, moisture, rust, corrosion, or liquid-related damage
  • Damage from adhesives, soldering, submersion in oil, or component modification
  • Exposure to substances like cigarette tar, sand, dirt, or excessive debris
  • Damage from external causes such as collisions, fire, flood, extreme weather, acts of God, or power surges
  • Issues caused by third-party products not approved by COROS
  • Improper testing, installation, service, or maintenance not authorized by COROS
  • Damage caused during shipping due to inadequate packaging provided by the original or second-hand purchaser

Shipping Costs for Returns

AG Sports Tech does not cover shipping costs for products returned for a refund.
