What are the run types?
Race – Designed for competition or achieving personal bests, usually in faster, intense runs.
Shoe specs: Lightweight, highly responsive, often featuring carbon plates or advanced foam for maximum speed and energy return.
Easy – Meant for relaxed pace runs and recovery days to give your legs a break.
Shoe specs: Cushioned and stable, prioritizing comfort and impact protection for gentle runs.
Tempo – For moderate-to-hard effort runs where you push your pace but not an all-out sprint.
Shoe specs: Responsive and snappy, lighter than daily trainers but more durable than racing shoes, balancing speed and support.

What are the shoe types?
Stability – Designed to support and correct overpronation. They often feature medial posts or firmer foam to provide extra support and help keep your foot aligned during the run.
Neutral – Made for runners with a neutral gait. These shoes offer balanced cushioning and flexibility without any additional structural support.
What assistance features are available?
Running shoes may include various assistance features to enhance performance and comfort:
Plated – Contain carbon or other types of propulsion plates embedded in the midsole. These plates improve speed and running efficiency by providing better energy return and forward propulsion.
Rods – Internal structural elements, often made from TPU or similar materials, that offer stability and control. They help guide foot movement and reduce excessive motion during runs.
What do Heel Stack, Forefoot Stack, and Drop mean?
Heel stack height – Amount of cushioning (measured in millimeters) under the heel of the shoe.
Forefoot stack height – Cushioning height under the front part of the foot.
Drop (also called offset) – Difference between the heel stack and forefoot stack heights. It indicates how much higher the heel is compared to the forefoot.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, all products sold on our website are 100% authentic and sourced directly from official brand distributors and partners.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
Product availability is updated real time on each product page. If a specific size is out of stock, it will appear grayed out or crossed out. If all sizes are unavailable, the product may no longer be visible on the website.
Is there a limit to how many items I can buy?
Yes, purchases are limited to five (5) units per product to ensure fair availability for all customers. For bulk purchase, please refer to our bulk order options below.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, we offer brand-specific size charts to help you find the right fit. You’ll find the size guide available on each product page.
Can I place a bulk order for my team, club, or organization?
Absolutely! For team or group purchases, please email us at hey@rev.com.ph or fill out our Team Buy form. Our team will assist you with pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure and encrypted payments through the following platforms:

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, it can no longer be modified or cancelled. However, you may request an exchange once you receive your item. Please review our Exchange Policy for further details.
Will my information be saved for future purchases?
Only if you choose to save your details during checkout. This can make future transactions faster and more convenient.
DELIVERY
What delivery options are available?
We offer two convenient methods:
1. Home Delivery – Your order will be shipped directly to your address.
2. Store Pick-Up – Buy online and collect your order from our store.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can check the status of your delivery through our Order Tracker: trackmyorder.greenteeinc.com.ph
We work with two courier partners:
1. Cargo-Go – for deliveries within Metro Manila
2. 2GO– for Provincial deliveries
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Couriers will attempt delivery up to three times. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and may be automatically cancelled.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
Yes. A representative can claim your order as long as they present a signed authorization letter and a copy of your valid ID.
Can I book my own courier to pick up my order?
No. Orders must be claimed personally or by an authorized representative. This is to verify the identity of the person claiming the order and to ensure the item is in good condition and correct at the time of pickup.
Can I pick up my order on the same day?
Please wait for the email notification confirming your order is ready for pickup before going to the store. You’ll need to present this email to claim your order.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you haven't received your order yet, please reach out to us at hey@rev.com.ph, and our team will help you track it. You can also check the status of your order anytime at https://trackmyorder.greenteeinc.com.ph/.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our policy
REV* complies with the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 7394, also known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
We honor returns or exchanges for items that are proven to be defective or of substandard quality at the time of purchase. Please note that returns due to change of mind, or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided the original receipt is presented.
