
The REV* Club community turned up the intensity last October 4 at REV* S Maison for our latest Tempo Session—a workout designed to challenge comfort zones and build endurance through controlled effort.
Powered by PRU Life UK, the session was part of our shared commitment to champion wellness that’s consistent, inclusive, and rooted in community.
Led by Head Coach and REV* Ambassador Enjay Aba*, together with our trusted pacers, the session guided runners through a structured tempo workout focused on pacing control and mental discipline.
Why Tempo Runs Matter
Tempo runs are one of the most effective workouts for developing aerobic strength and improving race performance. They train runners to sustain effort at a challenging but manageable pace, building efficiency and stamina over time.

Runners learned how to balance effort and control—finding that “sweet spot” where progress happens. The session emphasized consistency, form, and focus as keys to smarter, stronger running.
Community in Motion
Beyond the workout itself, the session fostered connection and learning within the growing REV* community. Pacers provided guidance on pacing, breathing, and effort management, while participants shared their experiences post-run.
The energy at S Maison reflected what the REV* Club stands for—growth, grit, and camaraderie through purposeful training.
